After getting a very bad result in his history test, Rikugou Tokidoki was told to go to a museum to see Japanese Edo era with virtual reality technology and write a report about it. While exploring the simulation with high technology equipment, Tokidoki got himself lost in the real Edo era and got attacked by a monster.
Few minutes before the mysterious event, Tokidoki was exploring the museum, talking to Shinonome Kon, his schoolmate. Kon suddenly disappeared and “arrived” in the Edo era 2 years earlier than Tokidoki. Starting their new journey in the new world, both Tokidoki and Kon were saved by Shamon, a kind-hearted priest with amazing ability to defeat demons. Kuchiha, Shamon’s step daughter, is a skilled samurai lady with a powerful beast spirit possessing her body. This anime has an exceptionally great opening theme song. After few weeks I still can’t get the song out of my head ^_^ Definitely a correct choice to watch in your leisure time. Recommended for age 18+ (blood and violence). My rating : ★★★★☆ Seiyuu
