Our heroes are given a chance by Shijou-sensei (the headmaster). If they can perform well in the magic exam for all students, they can participate in the effort to retrieve back Mui’s older brother.
The test itself is interesting, with an entire city created by magic. Then it turned a bot chaotic because of an unwanted intervention. Naturally our heroes survive and complete the exam.
Oigami Takao, one of the attackers in first episode, is now walking free in Subaru Magic Academy. He can’t recognize Takeshi and Kurumi because his memory is rewritten. Exactly the same method being done to Aiba Tsuganashi (Mui’s older brother). So if the so-called good guys are using the same trick as the bad guys… I wonder how they are any different. It’s starting to look like a political battle rather than good vs evil now.
I’m starting to lose interest in blogging about this anime. It’s still a decent anime to watch, but I don’t think it deserve my extra time to write about it every week. Considering to drop this anime from blogging list and replacing it with Inari Konkon Koi Iroha.
