Mifune stared this episode by… disbanding ESP Research Society. And Kotoura was so shocked she didn’t even realize Manabe’s usual ero-imagination.
But soon after the “old” ESP Research Society, Mifune immediately announced the establishment of… “new” ESP Research Society. With new goal now. If the “old” goal is to get people with “esper” ability to get their ability recognized by normal people, the goal of “new” ESP is simply to have fun while teasing the only real esper they have: Kotoura.
That night, Kotoura finally settles things with her mother. I find their reconciliation is funny yet feels natural and touching.
Last issue is… Manabe. Kotoura realizes that Manabe never actually said that he loves Kotoura. Even though Kotoura hears in a lot from her mind-reading ability, it was never put into actual words. Then… Manabe actually says it.
I was wrong when I think they can’t top up episode 11. This final episode actually feels better as finale.
