Tamako’s father is remembering his past days with his late wife. Bringing Tamako to realize the song she was trying to find in early episodes. That song turns out to be a song written by Tamako’s father (he was part of a band) for Tamako’s mom. A quite heartwarming episode watching those flashbacks from his memory.
It took me a while to understand the joke about Tamako’s father’s name. His name is Mamedai. So when Tamako’s mom said she loves “mamedaifuku” (a type of mochi), he thought she was saying his name (saying that she loves him, a confession).
Anko’s crush is moving to a different city. And so Anko was troubled on how to say her farewell.
With Choi around, Dera is now actually helping with various tasks. From preparing tea to grocery shopping. Interesting ! I’d like to have a talking bird who can help me do my daily tasks too =)
